Used 1965 Gibson SG Junior Electric Guitar for Sale

The frets on the used 1965 Gibson SG Junior Electric Guitar for Sale have been worn down a bit and have a low profile which makes this guitar a breeze to play. After you play it awhile, a re-fret will be in order eventually. This is overall a great playing instrument with a ton of vintage style.

The SG has a solid mahogany body and a mahogany neck with a rosewood fretboard. The instrument is 24-3/4" scale length and has a single P-90 dogear pickup with master volume and tone controls, and a wraparound bridge.

The neck's shape is '60s slim taper with an excellent feeling. When you plug it in you will hear that the guitar has a nice mid-range tone coming from the P-90 and that it can go from gritty clean notes to full-out distortion very easily.

The SG Junior has accumulated finish checking and dings that come naturally with an instrument that's been played and loved since manufactured back in 1965. The sale includes a non-Original SKB Hardshell guitar case.
